Qualifications

• Licensure as Radiologic Technologist in Kansas is required.
• ARRT certification or eligibility is required.
• Experience operating diagnostic imaging equipment is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment.
• Prepare patients for radiologic procedures and ensure their comfort and safety.
• Operate imaging equipment such as X-ray, CT, and other diagnostic tools.
• Position patients accurately to capture optimal images.
• Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment to ensure safety and accuracy.
• Review images for quality and clarity and adjust as necessary.
• Maintain detailed patient records and imaging documentation.
• Follow radiation safety guidelines to protect patients and staff.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to interpret images.
• Serve in after-hours on-call rotation with other technologists; on-site efficiency apartment available.
