Job summary

Greater Regional Health is seeking a full-time Radiology Tech to join our Radiology team. The role involves CT, Dexas, and radiographic procedures for clinic patients, with on-call responsibilities in the hospital Radiology department.

Candidates should hold a valid ARRT license in Iowa and be ready to work in a dynamic setting, with opportunities to expand into MRI, Mammography, or other modalities as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed ARRT in Iowa.
• Experience in MRI or Mammography preferred.
• Willing to learn other modalities.
• Able to participate in call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Prep patient for x-ray, explain procedures & position patient accordingly.
• Have extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and machine use and safety.
• Provide best patient care and obtain quality diagnostic images.
• Possess a valid ARRT license to practice in Iowa.
• Experience preferred in MRI, Mammography, General Radiology.
• Willingness to learn other modalities.

Looking for a change in your career? Greater Regional is looking for dynamic individuals to join our outstanding team in Radiology as a FT Radiology Tech. The Rad Tech greets and performs general CT, Dexas, and radiographic procedures for medical clinic patients as requested by physicians and various other specialized exams. The Rad Tech also takes care of emergency trauma patients and participates in the call rotation of the hospital's Radiology department. There is a call obligation that comes with this position.

• Have extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and machine use and safety
• Provide best patient care and obtain quality diagnostic images
• Possess a valid ARRT license to practice in Iowa
• Experience preferred in at least one of the following areas: MRI, Mammography, General Radiology
• Preferably willing to learn other modalities
