Job summary

Paycom is seeking a dependable X-ray Technician to assist Directors of Patient Services and Office Managers in supporting radiology staff. The role includes performing routine imaging, QA checks, and ensuring safety and compliance.

You will also train new hires, participate in hiring, and provide patient care while maintaining strict confidentiality. Travel to other locations may be required to provide coverage, and you will work with physicians to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with radiology safety guidelines and OSHA rules.
• Ability to handle patient care and comfort during imaging.
• Strong verbal and written communication with staff and patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine QA checks for imaging positioning and quality.
• Assist with training, interviewing, and hiring of X-ray Techs.
• Oversee Radiation Safety and regulatory compliance at all locations.
