Responsibilities

• Type weekly call schedules, and distribute to designated areas by close of day each Monday.
• Pick up, deliver, and distribute mail as needed.
• Order all office supplies for Diagnostic Radiology by 10:00 a.m. Wednesday on a weekly basis.
• Order all office supplies for MOP Radiology by 10:00 a.m. Wednesday on a weekly basis.
• Report repairs pertaining to office equipment to appropriate vendor/maintenance.
• Supervise and train all reception staff on Registration, PIM, and OCM.
