SimonMed Imaging, an outpatient radiology practice, seeks a patient registration professional to support check-in/check-out, insurance verification, and inform patients about care costs while guiding them to resources.

You will greet visitors, prepare exam rooms, assist with dressing, and interact compassionately with patients spanning healthy to critically ill.

A high school diploma and 0–2 years of related experience are required; strong communication and teamwork with clinicians are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 0-2 years of related experience.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and the public.
• Capable of establishing good working relationships with both internal and external customers.

Responsabilités

• Directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the patient registration;
• Greets visitors/patients;
• Check-in process;
• Check-out process;
• Insurance verification process;
• Informs patients of costs for care being provided;
• Guides them to appropriate resources for further information.
