Job summary

SimonMed Imaging is seeking an on-site Registration/Front Desk Associate to warmly greet patients, perform check-in/out, and coordinate with clinical staff. You will verify insurance, explain costs to patients, and guide them to appropriate resources.

You will also handle phone inquiries and assist with patient preparation for exams. Ideal candidates communicate clearly, provide compassionate patient service, and maintain efficiencies in a fast-paced outpatient radiology setting.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 0-2 years of related experience.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and the public and establish good working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and patients; check-in and check-out processes.
• Verify insurance and inform patients of costs for care.
• Answer phones and relay messages; guide patients to resources.
• Prepare patients for exams and escort to exam rooms.
