Job summary

SimonMed Imaging is seeking a frontline patient registration specialist for our outpatient radiology practice. You will greet patients, manage check-in and check-out, verify insurance, explain costs, and guide them to the right resources and departments.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0–2 years of related experience. Strong communication, empathy, and the ability to work well with physicians, patients, and staff are essential.

• Must communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and the public.
• Ability to establish good working relationships with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and patients; check-in and check-out processes.

• Answer telephones and relay messages.
