Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Radiology Supervisor to lead the Pineville imaging department and ensure accurate, timely diagnostic exams.

Requirements include NMTCB or ARRT registry with supervisory experience and CPR; a radiologic technology degree is required; bachelor’s degree preferred. You will supervise staff, manage workflow, equipment, safety, and billing processes while providing training and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Registry with NMTCB or ARRT and supervisory experience required.
• CPR Registry required.
• Graduate of ARRT-recognized Radiologic Technology program.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily activities and ensures coverage for scanners/work assignments.
• Coordinates patient/workflow and prioritizes procedures across shifts.
• Ensures patient care and monitors exam quality and staff performance.
• Orders and maintains supplies; manages billing and chargemaster compliance.
• Provides staff training and in-service education; participates in QA/PI.
