This full-time position works from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with our Breast Imaging Mammography team, providing exceptional care to our patients. Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operational activities of the department, including staff hiring, scheduling, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
• Assist with departmental planning, including budgeting, technology acquisition, facility design and renovation, and space utilization.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and applicable guidelines.
• Monitor and improve the quality of patient exams and documentation.
• Address and resolve errors in radiology reports and patient exam orders.
• Manage staff certifications and competencies.
• Oversee departmental budgets and ensure financial compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Certification in Radiologic Technology (R.T., A.R.R.T., ARDMS, or equivalent).
• CPR certification.
• Technical skills with specialized radiographic equipment.
• At least 2 years of experience as a registered technologist.
• Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Additional Requirements for Specific Departments

Breast Health Services: Bachelor’s degree in science or arts with business-related courses preferred.

Lakeside Women’s Hospital: Support radiology (C-arm) procedures and operate vehicles if required, with a valid Oklahoma driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Physical Demands and Safety

Physical demands may include operating equipment, exposure to radiation, and contact with contagious diseases. Additional or varied physical and respiratory fit tests may be required.
