Job Description Summary

This role is a sales-focused position as the Region Modality Leader - Mammography for the Rocky Mountain region, ideally remote, based out of Denver, CO or Phoenix, AZ, covering UT, WY, NM.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver quarterly & annual orders and revenue sales targets; maximize profit margins on equipment and service contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders within hospital, physician practice, and imaging center account service lines to identify leads, grow market share, increase revenue, and reduce customer attrition.
  • Lead cross-functional commercial teams to orchestrate deals and long-term plans aligned with strategic goals to increase market share, revenue, and profitability.
  • Leverage diagnostic imaging product knowledge in Mammography to drive regional funnel growth.
  • Develop sales proposals based on customers' installed base and annual budget processes.
  • Collaborate with the account team to support negotiation strategies.
  • Use Salesforce.com to track customer activity, map market visibility, and prioritize sales efforts.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree plus at least 5 years of experience in medical sales, healthcare marketing, clinical/technical expertise in Mammography or Breast imaging technology leadership, or hospital administration in imaging, OR a Bachelor’s degree plus completion of GEHC’s commercial leadership program, or 8 years of relevant experience.

Desired Qualifications

  • 8+ years in healthcare capital equipment sales.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Domain knowledge in Mammography.
  • Experience leading cross-functional sales teams to meet client needs and sales targets.

Our total rewards include competitive salary and benefits, with a pay range of $85,600-$128,400 annually for U.S. positions. Compensation is influenced by skills, experience, and location, and may include performance incentives.
