Job summary

St. Elizabeth Healthcare seeks a strategic Radiology leader to oversee imaging services, nursing functions, and system-wide operations.

You will guide financial performance, quality, safety, and accreditation compliance across assigned areas, while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. You will manage associate leadership, engage in planning with stakeholders, and ensure policies reflect evidence-based practice and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years of progressive supervisory experience in a Radiology Department.
• Education and National Credentials include MBA/MHA/MHI or similar, with required radiology licensure.
• Specialized knowledge: Microsoft Office, ACR accreditation guidelines, Joint Commission Regulations as they apply to imaging services.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees a system wide operational business unit in Radiology.
• Designs and implements efficient imaging services with focus on quality and revenue.
• Oversee staff hiring, development, performance evaluation, and coaching.
• Establish short and long-range goals aligned with the healthcare system plan.
• Promote engagement and transparent communication within Radiology teams.
