Radiology Partners, Inc. is seeking a detail-focused operations liaison to support radiology services across hospitals and clinics. You will coordinate between radiologists, clinical teams, IT, and administration to keep workflows efficient and accurate.

You will verify identities, relay results, and connect teams while attaching prior exams and notes to prepared studies. You will also provide technical support for PACS, RIS, and voice recognition systems.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in Healthcare, Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of healthcare operations experience.
• Strong understanding of healthcare and radiology information systems (PACS, RIS, voice recognition).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clinical and non-clinical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

POSITION SUMMARY:

• Serve as a key liaison between radiologists, hospital clinical teams, referring physicians, IT, and administrative teams to support efficient radiology operations.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Associate’s degree in Healthcare, Administration, or a related field preferred with 2+ years of healthcare operations experience.
• Strong understanding of healthcare and radiology information systems, with proficiency in PACS, RIS, and voice recognition systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both clinical and non-clinical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively while adapting to changing priorities and supporting diverse teams.

The salary range for this position is $19.00-$21.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401(k) benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
