Job summary

Memorial Health System in Ohio seeks a Section Supervisor in diagnostic imaging to lead staff, coach technologists, and ensure continuous quality improvement and 100% patient safety and satisfaction. You will oversee section operations and ensure adherence to licensure and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities include directing patient procedures, training students and new employees, and acting in the Director's absence.

Qualifications

• Current radiologic licensure from the State of Ohio or WV license.
• Registered with ARRT, NMTCB, or ARDMS as required.
• BLS certification required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform supervisory duties under the Director.
• Perform section (modality) specific patient procedures.
• Direct and train students and new employees in maintenance, procedures and operation of equipment.
• Assume duties of the Director in the absence.
• Complete and conduct employee performance evaluations.
• Maintain compliance in RQI.
• Hire, transfer, suspend, recall, promote, discharge, assign, or reward as needed.
