Qualifications

• 6 years of relevant experience required.
• 8-12 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor quality standards to satisfy internal and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and maintain quality programs to improve patient outcomes and safety.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to review current practices and identify gaps in care.
