Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle multi-channel interactions to schedule, register and financially clear patient appointments in a centralized contact center.
• Use EMR to schedule, register, confirm appointments, verify demographics and run insurance checks.
• Coordinate referrals and insurance requirements to maximize patient benefits and ensure compliance.
• Provide excellent patient service with first-call resolution and accurate data entry.
