Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments, verify scripts, pre-screens and register patients for imaging visits.
• Assist Imaging technologists in preparing patients for procedures.
• Use EMR to complete scheduling, confirm appointments, verify demographics, run medical necessity checks, and answer inquiries.
• Coordinate referrals and insurance requirements to maximize benefits for services.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate data entry per policies.
• Instruct patients regarding preparations and pre-screens for radiologic examinations.
