Heywood Healthcare is seeking an organized Scheduling Clerk to coordinate exam appointments for Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound and CT. You will work with physicians and office staff, ensuring accurate data entry and timely patient flow.

Responsibilities include using hospital scheduling systems, coordinating patient arrivals, entering orders, and maintaining patient information with a focus on safety and efficiency. Per diem hours provide flexible shifts and good benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with medical terminology.
• Meditech experience preferred.
• Excellent word processing and computer skills required.
• Strong telephone and office procedures skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate scheduling of exams with all parties involved.
• Use scheduling systems to arrange exams for Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound and CT.
• Assist physician offices with correct scheduling and information entry.
• Enter orders, track releases and manage patient information for scheduling.
• Coordinate image library and ensure prior exams are available on request.
