Responsibilities

• Schedule radiology procedures via incoming calls.
• Instruct patients on prep and avoid scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain accurate scheduling across radiology modalities.
• Process referrals and pre-certifications; maintain follow-up tickler system.
• Provide back-up telephone coverage for Scheduling.
