Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current BLS/Healthcare Provider status.
• 2–4 years of scheduling experience in PT/CT, Angio, CT, US, MRI, and x-ray preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedules exams with MD offices and obtains authorizations.
• Provides CPT/ICD codes to MD offices.
• Pre-registers patients and collects demographics.
• Operates PACS and assists radiologists and nurses.
• Coordinates patient flow and prepares necessary paperwork.
