Job summary

Saint Peter's Healthcare System in New Jersey seeks a Radiology Scheduler Temporary to support our Radiology Department. You will schedule Diagnostic, CT, MRI, US, Mammography, and NM studies, coordinate with physicians, and ensure proper patient preparation and timely communication.

This role requires 1–2 years of experience, strong communicator, computer proficiency, and ability to multitask under pressure. A team-oriented approach and familiarity with medical terminology are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires 1–2 years experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for patient and staff interactions.
• Proficient computer skills; 35 wpm keyboarding; basic office machines.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Radiology studies (Diagnostic, CT, MRI, US, Mammography, NM).
• Explain procedures to patients and answer questions or refer to technologist/physician.
• Coordinate with radiology staff and modalities to ensure proper sequencing of studies.
