Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of computer proficiency across multiple applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• 1+ years of customer service or healthcare related experience.
• Adhere to Optum/UHG code of conduct.

Responsibilities

• Obtain accurate and updated patient information (name, address, insurance).
• Handle 65+ inbound and outbound calls daily with care.
• Schedule radiology procedures in an organized, efficient manner.
• Perform insurance verification on the date of service.
• Maintain medical records and coordinate referrals.
• Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA requirements and privacy standards.
