Job summary

Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks an experienced RN for radiology support in East Hills. The role involves responding to contrast reactions, assisting with emergent situations, and performing phlebotomy and port access.

The position emphasizes patient safety across imaging and outpatient services, with schedule typically Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., PRN duties, and opportunities for clinical variety within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license in good standing.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in hospital or outpatient setting.
• ACLS Certification required or preferred.
• Proficient in lab draws, mediport/picc line access and cardiac monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Respond to contrast reactions for CT and MRI patients as needed.
• Assist with emergent situations throughout the facility.
• Provide skilled laboratory services, including blood draws and port access.
• Monitor patient status during imaging exams and administer medications as directed.
• Assist radiologist during sterile procedures and maintain credentials (CPR/ACLS).
• Collaborate with health care professionals to ensure quality patient care.
