Job summary

Advocate Health’s Radiology Nursing team at Cabarrus is seeking a registered nurse to provide and coordinate patient care across imaging departments, including outpatient imaging centers, preprocedural and postprocedural areas, and Interventional Radiology. This 36-hour weekly, day-shift role supports diverse imaging services.

The ideal candidate has an accredited nursing program, an active RN license, BLS, ACLS within 6 months, and at least 6 months of RN experience; willingness to commute

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Candidates must have at least 6 months of RN experience; this position is not for new graduates.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
• 1 year of inpatient RN experience preferred.
• Must be within a 30 minute commute to AH Cabarrus due to on call.

Responsibilities

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, empathy, and effective communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
