Job summary

Advocate Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Radiology Nursing department to join a full-time team. The role features four 10-hour shifts per week with some on-call requirements.

The nurse will deliver patient-centered care following the nursing process and ensure high-quality documentation in the electronic records system. Candidates should have a BSN preferred and hold an active RN license with multi-state or single-state privileges.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) served.

Responsibilities

• Uses nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans as needed.
• Administers medications and therapies per protocol.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation.
• Adhere to ANA Code of Ethics and promote safety culture.
• Float to other units as needed within service area.
