The role involves working closely with radiologists, technologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care from pre-procedure preparation through post-procedure monitoring.

The position emphasizes safe patient experiences, teamwork, and continuous learning within a Magnet-designated hospital system. Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with occasional call, onsite in Erie, PA.

Qualifications

• Current PA RN licensure or multistate licensure via eNLC.
• Certification in area of specialty preferred.
• Critical care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides transformational leadership in a professional practice setting.
• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to evaluate clinical care.
• Promotes patient safety initiatives and quality improvement.
• Assesses patient needs and plans, implements and evaluates nursing care.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA and privacy policies.
