Job summary

Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a Band 2 Radiology Receptionist to join the Radiology Department at Oldham. The role is permanent, part-time (37.5 hours across a reduced schedule), with occasional site coverage at other NHS facilities.

You will deliver friendly, efficient reception and clerical support to ensure a positive patient experience. As the first point of contact, you will manage referrals on CRIS, handle calls, scanning, and general admin while upholding NHS

Qualifications

• Reception/clerical duties in a busy radiology department.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Able to work to tight deadlines.
• Friendly and approachable with patients and the public.

Responsibilities

• Attend to patients in the Radiology Department.
• Process referrals on the CRIS system from GPs and Out-Patients.
• Handle telephone enquiries, scanning, filing, emailing and photocopying.
• Provide reception/clerical support and maintain a high level of patient experience.
