Job summary

MedStar Radiology Network is seeking a Radiology Manager - Quality Control, and Compliance to lead quality, compliance, and patient safety across our outpatient imaging centers in the greater D.C./Maryland area. This full-time role reports to the Administrator and requires strong communication and clinical leadership.

The ideal candidate has ARRT certification, 3+ years of radiology leadership, experience in quality improvement and SOP development, and the ability to mentor staff while advancing

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' clinical leadership in radiology or nursing.
• Direct experience in quality improvement, planning, and process improvement.
• ARRT Radiography certification with current registration; ARRT advanced specialty within 12 months; state licensure; BLS within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor radiology quality, compliance, and patient safety initiatives.
• Support operational requirements and integrate programs with radiology initiatives.
• Oversee Radiology Department compliance with Maryland, DC, FDA, MQSA, and ACR.
• Collaborate with imaging center team to improve clinical practice, training, and SOPs.
