The Department of Radiology at Tufts Medical Center, affiliated with Tufts University School of Medicine, seeks a dedicated Program Director (PD) to oversee the Diagnostic Radiology Residency Program.
Located in downtown Boston, our department offers high-level academic radiology services with a resident-centered curriculum. Our residents gain diverse experiences across emergency, inpatient, and outpatient settings, including trauma, stroke, transplant, and cancer imaging. We are a Level-I trauma center with expanding transplant and advanced cardiac imaging services, and a strong neuroradiology program with state-of-the-art MRI. Our department also provides comprehensive training in Chest, Abdominal, MSK, Breast, and Nuclear Medicine imaging, including rotations at Boston Children’s Hospital. We hold ACGME continued accreditation and offer ESIR pathways and two fellowship programs in MRI and Emergency & Trauma Radiology.
The PD manages the residency program, ensuring compliance with ACGME standards and maintaining a high-quality training environment for 22 residents. Key responsibilities include:
