St. Mary Medical Center in Hobart, IN is seeking a Radiology Aide to support transportation of patients, front office tasks, and assistance to radiology staff. The role emphasizes patient safety, privacy, and professional interaction across all ages.

Responsibilities include coordinating patient movement, verifying identities, and utilizing EPIC for charting while participating in department meetings and ongoing skill development. This position is 0.8 FTE, on-site at the Hobart campus.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior direct patient contact preferred.
• Maintain BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Transport patients to radiology using wheelchairs, stretchers, and other devices.
• Verify patient identity with armband prior to transport.
• Assist non-ambulatory patients with transfers and ensure privacy.
• Use EPIC transport list and complete tasks accordingly.
• Assist with clerical duties and patient information as needed.
