Hmixray is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join our radiology-focused team in North Carolina. You will greet patients, verify insurance, collect co-pays, schedule appointments, and ensure accurate documentation while delivering friendly, service-oriented care.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and solid computer proficiency. Experience in medical or radiology settings is preferred; we offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive work

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Medical terminology knowledge and radiology office exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Obtain or verify insurance and patient information, collect signatures, and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Collect co-pays and fees and manage payments.
• Answer and transfer incoming phone calls.
• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments and notify staff of changes.
• Provide patient orientation for safety protocols and directions to facilities.
• Coordinate with back-office staff to support timely patient care.
• Safeguard patient information and maintain confidentiality.
• Protect on-site medications and respect patient privacy.
