Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology.
• Experience in medical setting preferred.
• Ability to lift and position patients safely.
• Strong communication and patient-care focus.

Responsibilities

• Obtain medical/surgical history from a patient.
• Monitor and adjust patient scheduling for workflow.
• Explain the exam to the patient.
• Work with technologist to ensure patient safety during exam phases.
• Assist in getting exam room ready and patient situated, including patient lifting and IV placement.
• Assist in preparing paperwork and schedules for next day.
• Stock supplies and maintain cleanliness.
• Attention to detail and strong situational awareness.
