Job summary

Belton Regional Medical Center in Belton, MO, is seeking a Radiology Manager to oversee Diagnostic Imaging, CT, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, MRI, and Radiology Support. You will manage scheduling, supervise staff, and partner with the Director of Radiology to uphold quality and compliance.

Candidates should have ARRT Radiology certification, BLS, a radiology degree, and at least five years in radiology with supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Radiology program.
• ARRT licensure/certification in Radiology in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum of five (5) years in radiology; two (2) years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily Radiology activities across Diagnostic Imaging, CT, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, MRI, and Radiology Support.
• Prepare staff schedules and interview candidates for positions in assigned areas.
• Perform performance appraisals and maintain payroll records for the area.
• Assist with policy implementation to meet accrediting agencies’ regulations and laws.
• Interface with other departments, physicians, staff, patients, and visitors as needed.
