Job summary

Belton Regional Medical Center in Missouri seeks an experienced Radiology Manager to oversee daily operations across Diagnostic Imaging, CT, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, and MRI. You will collaborate with physicians, supervise staffing, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires ARRT licensure, BLS, and at least five years in radiology with two years in a supervisory capacity. You will partner with the Director of Radiology to drive quality and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Radiology program or equivalent.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of radiology experience; two (2) years supervisory experience preferred.
• AR RT licensure/certification in Radiology in good standing; other modalities certifications if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily Radiology department activities (Diagnostic Imaging, CT, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, MRI).
• Prepare staff schedules and interview candidates for positions in assigned areas.
• Perform performance appraisals and manage payroll records for assigned staff.
