This role will coordinate administrative and operational functions, lead a team, and work across clinical care and research to keep projects moving. The successful candidate will demonstrate people leadership, experience managing complex initiatives, and the ability to build processes that support both researchers and clinicians.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum Experience: 10+ years of experience managing administrative activities.
• Experience Exception: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years experience managing administrative activities.
• Experience in managing communications with cross functional leaders/stakeholders.
• Experience in managing people either directly or indirectly.

Responsibilities

• Lead key administrative and operational functions for the department, including resource coordination, process improvement, program support, vendor relationships and contracts, and administrative operations.
• Coach and developing team members, strengthening collaboration, and creating systems and processes that allow the department to operate effectively.
• Partner closely with departmental leadership and teams across St. Jude, with visibility into both the clinical and research sides of Radiology.
