Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing administrative activities.
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years experience if no 10+ years option.
• Experience in managing communications with cross functional leaders/stakeholders.
• Experience in managing people directly or indirectly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative activities of a department.
• Administer departmental policies and procedures, evaluate results, and assist with budgets, strategic plans, or policies.
• Manage large/ critical contracts with vendors.
• Implement methods, measures, policies and processes to improve cost efficiency and quality of service.
• Manage communication at all levels, within and outside the department on administrative matters.
• Manage administrative budget of the department, tracking actuals and variances.
• Engage in hiring, goal setting, performance management, engagement and other people processes (must have at least two direct reports).
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet goals and objectives.
• Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
