Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 6+ years in a clinical research operations role with supervision experience.
• Experience with regulatory guidelines (GCP, ICH) and institutional compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage clinical research workflows across multiple trials.
• Oversee regulatory submissions, documentation, and audit readiness in CTMS/eTMF systems.
• Mentor staff, manage resource planning, and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with PI teams, regulatory bodies, and external partners.
