Job summary

Emory Healthcare seeks a Manager of Radiology to lead operations across multiple imaging modalities, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality imaging for patients in the Atlanta area.

You will supervise technologists and nursing staff, optimize workflow, and coordinate with physicians and admin leaders to drive service excellence. Travel between Emory sites may be required; this is an in-office role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospital imaging OR a bachelor's degree with 3 years business experience.
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Clinical radiology background with knowledge of imaging modalities and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage daily operations across imaging modalities and locations.
• Oversee staff scheduling, workflow, and patient flow to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Lead quality assurance and ensure regulatory compliance and safety.
• Coach, evaluate, and develop modality staff; address performance issues per HR policy.
• Collaborate with physicians and leaders to align operational priorities.
