• Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field required.
• Approximately five years of radiology/diagnostic imaging or healthcare operations experience.
• Active clinical/licensure as applicable to imaging discipline and jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily radiology operations across imaging modalities, including staffing and scheduling.
• Direct and develop imaging staff through coaching, evaluations, and competency development.
• Monitor regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, radiation safety, and policies.
• Coordinate imaging equipment maintenance, technology support, and supply management.
• Partner with radiologists and clinical teams to resolve operational issues and improve patient care.
