Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical radiology experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory or lead capacity.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• ARRT registration and Florida radiography license or valid state licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and personnel of a hospital-based imaging department (Radiology - Diagnostics).
• Coordinate hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance evaluations of staff.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, quality control, and policy implementation.
• Act as liaison with nursing and other hospital areas and represent department on committees.
• Lead staff development and departmental leadership at campus site.
