Millennium Physician Group in Fernandina Beach, FL, is seeking a Radiology Services Manager to oversee diagnostic and interventional imaging operations across modalities, ensuring safe, timely, and high‑quality imaging services. You will lead imaging teams, coordinate workflows, and partner with radiologists and clinical leaders to improve departmental efficiency and patient care.

Manages imaging teams, coordinates departmental workflows, monitors service performance, and maintains compliance with established patient safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Collaborates with radiologists, clinical leaders, and operational teams to address service needs, resolve operational challenges, and improve departmental efficiency.Manager, Radiology Services leads a team of clinical employees and Imaging Techs with accountability for operational results over a short-term horizon of up to six months. Decisions impact team output and short-term clinical performance. This job plans and establishes team goals, manages headcount and resources, coaches direct reports through performance cycles, and coordinates across clinical teams to ensure consistent care delivery.
