Job summary

CMC_Operations seeks a Sr Administrator, Radiology for the Main Campus to lead operational and financial performance across radiology services in Cleveland. You will partner with physicians and senior leaders to drive strategy, budget adherence, and service excellence.

Responsibilities include staff leadership, capacity planning, performance reviews, and project oversight to improve patient experience, access, and care quality across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• MBA or MHA preferred.
• 5+ years progressive practice operations management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial and operational performance for radiology services.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets and business plans.
