Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Health Administration or Business Administration required.
• 5+ years of management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of imaging modalities, cardiovascular services and respiratory care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of Radiology, Cardiovascular and Respiratory Care.
• Develops and administers operating and capital budgets.
• Leads strategic planning and execution with executive leadership and physicians.
• Fosters staff development, coaching and mentoring at all levels.
• Maintains accreditation efforts (ACR, JC, etc.) as a High Reliability Organization.
