UCSF Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations across UCSF Radiology, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care across Moffitt-Long, Mount Zion, Mission Bay and affiliates. The role provides leadership for professional practice and continuous improvement.

You will plan staffing, set performance standards, and coordinate across departments to strengthen patient safety, regulatory readiness, and collaboration with physicians and nursing leadership.

Formación

• At least 5 years of clinical experience in nursing, with 2 years in a radiology setting.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing supervisory experience.
• Three or more years of recent clinical experience in a Radiology setting (Diagnostic, Interventional or Neuro Interventional).
• Demonstrated hospital management skills with governance and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
• Knowledge of healthcare information technology and patient care workflows and processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Leads clinical nursing operations across Radiology to ensure safe, high-quality patient care across sites.
• Develops staffing models and performance standards aligned with enterprise Radiology and Nursing priorities.
• Provides leadership and coordinates training, workflow, safety, and quality practices among faculty, fellows, residents, staff and administrators.
• Collaborates with Nursing Administration, Pharmacy, Regulatory Affairs, Infection Control and others to strengthen patient safety and regulatory readiness.
• Represents Radiology Nursing on enterprise committees related to quality and radiation safety.
