Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking a Radiology - Nuclear Medicine Tech for a 13-week travel assignment in Minot, ND. You will perform Nuclear Medicine imaging and administer radiopharmaceuticals under the Radiologist, with required ARRT NM or NMTCB registration and IV starts for contrast.

Responsibilities include image studies (stress tests, HIDA, bone scans, PET/CT), quality control of cameras, and strict adherence to radiation safety policies.

Qualifications

• Recent travel experience.
• Cerner experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to perform Nuclear Medicine imaging studies (stress tests, HIDA, bone scans, PET/CT).

Responsibilities

• Performs Nuclear Medicine studies, prepares, measures, and administers radiopharmaceuticals under Radiologist supervision.
• Performs quality control and calibration testing on cameras and radiation measuring equipment.
• Follows radiation safety techniques and policies in receipt, use, and disposal of radioactive material.

License: ARRT or NMTCB registered or registry pending

Certifications: NDMIRTBE licensed or temporary license

Description:Schedule consists of 40 hours per week, 5 days a week, with 8-hour shifts.Performs Nuclear Medicine studies, prepares, measures, and administers radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic and therapeutic studies under the direction of the Radiologist.Performs quality control and calibration testing on cameras and radiation measuring equipment according to hospital policies and procedures.Follows radiation safety techniques and policies in the receipt, use, and disposal of radioactive material.
