Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technician for a 13-week assignment in New Jersey. The role requires 1 year of acute radiology experience, ARRT or NMTCB certification, and a state nuclear medicine license.

You will perform nuclear medicine imaging, collaborate with radiologists, and ensure accurate transmission of images to PACS. The ideal candidate has CT/Fusion certification, strong anatomy knowledge, and current BCLS.

Qualifications

• One year of acute, clinical radiology experience.
• At least one year of experience as a nuclear medicine technologist.
• Knowledge of mobile and stationary radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment.
• Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.
• Current BCLS certification.
• Proficient computer skills.
• CT/Fusion Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality imaging as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Support Radiologist by assisting in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Process and transmit images to PACS; ensure image quality and accuracy.
• Adhere to BLS and safety protocols during procedures.
