Intermountain Health St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, MT is seeking a Radiology and MRI Tech Aide to support imaging teams by preparing patients, assisting with procedures, and ensuring safety and comfort during exams.

You will transport patients, assist on/off tables, coordinate care, and may perform IV insertion if competency is demonstrated. This PRN role supports a busy imaging service with a focus on teamwork and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Caregivers.
• Preferred experience: Patient care or customer service experience.
• IV insertion proficiency - as required by site.

Responsabilités

• Safe and effective delivery of patient care under the direction of the technologist.
• Assist in preparing the patient for the exam and be sensitive to their needs.
• Assist patients on and off procedure tables and to and from procedure rooms.
• Coordinate patient care and communicates pertinent information to other patient care providers after procedure.
• Transports patients to and from the Imaging department, ensuring comfort and safety.
• May perform IV insertion upon competency and skill pass off.
