Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Magnetic Resonance Sales Consultant to drive revenue and expand market share across the MR portfolio in South Texas, including Houston and surrounding areas. This role partners with radiology teams, procurement and VACs, delivering value-based solutions and leading territory plans.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare sales focused on MRI technology, strong presentation skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong knowledge of radiology and MR workflows.
• Proven sales success in imaging technologies or contrast agents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentations.
• CRM proficiency and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for the MR portfolio in the assigned territory.
• Build relationships with radiology leaders and procurement to expand Bayer MR presence.
• Identify decision-makers and navigate complex buying processes in health systems.
• Partner with NAMs, SAMs, AMs and cross-functional teams to integrate MR solutions.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan with clear goals and resources.
• Generate quotes and scope proposals with oversight from SAMs/AMs.
• Log activities in CRM, track opportunities and competitive intelligence.
• Provide in-suite clinical and business presentations on MR products and workflows.
• Travel across the territory to engage radiology teams and advance adoption.
