The Elle Group is seeking an MRI Solutions Sales Consultant to expand its presence across the Houston metro area. You will combine radiology knowledge with consultative selling to address clinical, operational, and financial priorities for healthcare organizations.

You will engage radiology leaders, MRI technologists, imaging directors, procurement teams, and IT stakeholders, building trusted relationships while guiding complex purchasing decisions and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, healthcare, or a related field preferred.
  • Five+ years of healthcare sales experience preferred.
  • Experience involving MRI technology, contrast media, medical devices, imaging software, injector systems, or related services is strongly preferred.
  • Relevant experience working clinically within an MRI or radiology environment may be considered.
  • Demonstrated success influencing the adoption of healthcare products or technologies.
  • Working knowledge of MRI workflows, safety considerations, clinical applications, and imaging-department operations.
  • Ability to understand and communicate clinical, technical, operational, and financial value.
  • Experience engaging multiple stakeholders and navigating complex health-system purchasing processes.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, objection-handling, and consensus-building skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, territory-management, and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve revenue and growth objectives across assigned accounts in the Houston metro territory.
  • Develop trusted relationships with radiology leaders, MRI technologists, imaging directors, procurement teams, and value-analysis stakeholders.
  • Identify key decision-makers and navigate complex purchasing processes within hospitals, imaging centers, and integrated health systems.
  • Assess customer needs and position appropriate MRI-related products, technology, and service solutions.
  • Create and execute a territory business plan based on market opportunities, customer priorities, and competitive conditions.
  • Develop proposals and quotations in coordination with account leadership and other internal partners.
  • Deliver compelling clinical, technical, and business presentations to healthcare professionals and executive stakeholders.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of MRI workflows, contrast media, injector technology, software solutions, safety requirements, clinical applications, and system economics.
  • Coordinate with clinical, medical, service, implementation, and account-management colleagues to provide a consistent customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity, activity, stakeholder, and pipeline information in the company’s CRM system.
  • Use market data, reporting, and customer insights to guide territory decisions and support reliable sales forecasting.
  • Monitor competitive activity and emerging customer needs, communicating relevant insights to internal leadership.
  • Facilitate effective handoffs to clinical, service, and implementation teams following a sale.
  • Provide timely reports concerning sales performance, account activity, competitive developments, and customer inquiries.
  • Manage territory expenses and company resources responsibly.
  • Conduct all customer interactions in accordance with applicable healthcare regulations, industry standards, and ethical business practices.
  • Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory and maintain a consistent presence within customer imaging environments.
