Job summary

NextCare in Carrollton, TX seeks a radiology professional for back-office patient care and diagnostic testing. You will support providers during exams, process specimens, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations across lab and radiology workflows.

Qualified candidates have a radiology credential, CPR certification, and experience with LIS/EMR systems. The role is full-time, on-site with 12-hour shifts and weekend coverage at the Carrollton clinic.

Qualifications

• Education: high school graduate and radiology school graduate with state certification or national license.
• Licensure: Current State Radiology Certification where required or National Radiology License.
• Certification: CPR certification by AHA, ARC, ASHI or NSC.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderate-complexity clinical testing across Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis.
• Maintain QC, calibration logs and corrective actions for out-of-range results.
• Keep audit-ready COLA/inspection logs for all activities.
• Complete mandatory competency assessments (semiannual then annual).
• Process specimens and enter data into LIS accurately.
