Job summary

NextCare is seeking a Radiology/Back Office professional to support patient care in a clinic setting. The role involves performing radiology duties, back office clinical tasks, and ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards.

You will assist providers during exams, monitor patient conditions, and participate in daily workflows including documentation and regulatory readiness. A current radiology license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate.
• Graduate from an accredited radiology school and/or national radiology license or state certification where required.
• Current healthcare professional CPR certification from a recognized organization.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiology duties within the scope of practice and relevant regulations.
• Performs back office clinical duties as defined by Skills Competency Checklists.
• Observes and communicates changes in patient condition to the provider on duty.
• Assists provider with exams and procedures related to direct patient care under supervision.
• Completes Daily Checklist and adheres to Federal and State regulations.
